For best use: Place one Perlz under your tongue and let it dissolve naturally. If you move it around, it may change how quickly it dissolves and how the experience feels. Take your time and find what works for you.

Usage time can vary depending on individual preferences. For best results, place the Perlz under your tongue and allow it to fully dissolve - do not chew or swallow it whole.

We are always assessing our portfolio of flavours and strengths to ensure that we provide the best offering for our customers. We do not have any immediate plans to launch other flavours, however we will communicate any additions via our website, www.nordicspirit.co.uk, at time of launch.

This product contains nicotine and is aimed at existing adult smokers and nicotine consumers aged 18 years and older.

Some users of Perlz may experience a tingling sensation when using the product. This is a normal response to the flavours and nicotine being released from the Perlz.

Store in a cool, dry, dark place — away from heat, moisture, and sunlight.

Perlz are not classified as food products, and therefore we do not provide nutritional labelling.

However, for awareness, each Perlz contains only a very small number of calories (around 1–2 kcal), which is not considered nutritionally significant.

Because Perlz dissolves under the tongue, the experience can feel stronger or faster than traditional pouches, so it’s not comparable like-for-like.

When using a Perlz, place it under your tongue and let it dissolve fully as there is no need to bite or chew.

You may notice a gentle tingling or warming sensation in your mouth. This is completely normal and simply a sign that the flavours and nicotine are being released.

Some users also experience a slight increase in saliva. That’s absolutely fine the Perlz are fully edible and dissolve naturally over time, so there’s no need to spit.

We don’t recommend chewing the Perlz. Perlz is designed to dissolve naturally under your tongue. Chewing may affect how the product works and interfere with the intended experience.

This is down to personal preference in nicotine strength. We recommend starting with one Perlz to see how it feels and waiting until it fully dissolves before considering another. If you're unsure what's right for you, start low and go slow.

Nordic Spirit is absorbed through the gums when placed under your lip. You don’t need to suck or chew the pouches.

Nordic Spirit is designed to be absorbed through the gums and should not be swallowed. If you swallow a pouch and feel unwell, seek medical advice with the can or label at hand.

Nordic Spirit contains nicotine and is for use by adult smokers or vapers and nicotine consumers who are 18 years and over.

Consult a healthcare professional before using Nordic Spirit if you are on any medication. This product should not be used by under 18's, people who do not already use nicotine products, women who are pregnant or breast-feeding, or persons who are at risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, hyperthyroidism or ulcers. This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is known to cross the placental barrier and so there may be risks for the foetus.

This product contains ingredients that may cause allergic reactions in sensitive persons, please check the list of ingredients. Using this product may cause hypertension, rapid heart rate, heavy breathing, loss of balance, pallor, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, disturbed hearing and vision, mental confusion and weakness.

If you experience any of the above effects, discontinue use of Nordic Spirit and any other intake of nicotine products immediately and seek medical advice with the can or label at hand.

Pop under your lip: Pop one of the soft, white nicotine pouches under your top or bottom lip. Position the pouch to the side of your lip for a more comfortable fit.

Tingling sensation: You’ll feel a tingling sensation in your mouth. This usually lasts around 15 minutes.

Enjoy: Enjoy a fresh nicotine experience that lasts up to 30 mins. Use it anytime, anywhere.

Dispose responsibly: When you’re done with your nicotine pouch, dispose of it in the general waste or store in the top of the can until you can do so. The container is widely recycled.

The container is made from PP (polypropylene), which is widely recycled in the UK.  It’s always best to check with your local authority whether they accept PP in your household recycling, but it’s likely that they do if they accept items such as ready-meal trays, soup containers or margarine tubs.  Please remove the pouches before recycling, these should go into your general waste.

Nordic Spirit comes in various nicotine strengths. The strength of a nicotine pouch can be shown in 2 ways, either as the milligrams (mgs) of nicotine per pouch or as the mgs of nicotine per gram. To make it easier to understand we have categorized the nicotine strengths for you into to Regular, Strong and Extra Strong:​

- Mini pouch size: 3mg of nicotine per pouch / 9mg of nicotine per gram.

Strong
- Standard pouch size: 9mg of nicotine per pouch / 14mg of nicotine per gram.

Extra-Strong
- Standard pouch size: 11mg per pouch / 17mg of nicotine per gram.

Max
- Standard pouch size: 17mg per pouch / 24mg of nicotine per gram.
