Here’s some useful information about how we get our products to you:

• Place an order before 3 pm on a Tuesday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we’ll despatch it the same day.
• Place an order after 3 pm on a Tuesday to Thursday, we’ll despatch it on the next working day.
• Orders placed after 3 pm on a Friday or at anytime on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday, may not be despatched until Tuesday.
• We are only able to ship our products to addresses within the United Kingdom.
• All deliveries are sent using Royal Mail tracked service.
