When can I confirm my age?
We’ll need to confirm your age before you are able to purchase from nordicspirit.co.uk . Once your age has been verified your account will be set up and you won’t need to do this again when you purchase.
How can I confirm my age?
We confirm your age using a third party supplier (GBG Plc), who are a trusted provider that can check the details you provide us with against a number of data sources including; the Electoral Roll, driving licence and/or passport.
You can use the Electoral Roll, your passport or driving licence number to verify your age.
- As part of setting up your account you will be asked to supply either your full name and address as they appear on the Electoral Roll, your driver’s licence number or passport number. This will allow us to instantly confirm your age and, if successful, your account will be created and you can continue with your purchase.
- If we aren’t able to confirm your age via the website call our Customer Contact team on 0800 169 2891. Please note, you won’t be able to place an order until your age has successfully been verified.
How will my details be used?
The details you provide us (name, address, driving licence and/or passport details) will be sent to GBG Plc. for them to confirm your age against a database during the checkout process. Your details are not stored by GBG Plc.
