Nordic Spirit x London Swedes prize draw - Instagram

1. The Nordic Spirit X London Swedes Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to people:

• a. aged 18 and over
• b. residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man
• c. Existing adult smokers/vapers/nicotine users.

2. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Company and their families, the Company’s agencies or their employees and families or anyone else professionally associated with the Prize Draw.

3. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must:

• 1. DM (Direct Message) “Never miss a moment” to Nordic Spirit’s Instagram page: @nordicspirit_uk

4. The Prize Draw is open from 6pm on the 7th of October 2020 and closes at 11.59pm on the 11th of October 2020. The winner will be chosen at random and announced on Monday the 12th of October 2020 on @Nordicspirit_uk winners will be notified via Instagram DM.

5. By entering this promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the Company, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into. The Company or its agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the prize. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

6. The Company or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Company or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

7. There will be three winners selected, who will each win the following prize: A sunset supper for 2 at Nordic Spirits Nordic nights store on Argyle street, London. The tickets are valid on 13th of October only and are non-transferable. Winners must arrive at the venue by 6pm to begin the experience. The event will finish at 10pm promptly.

8. Only one competition entry per person. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.

9. Lost or stolen Prizes cannot be refunded or exchanged.

10. The Prizes are as stated and subject to availability. There are no other prize alternatives available, except the Company reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Company's control makes it necessary to do so. The Prize is non-transferable and will only be issued in the name of the winning participant(s).

11. The Winner will be informed via a direct message on Instagram on 13th October and asked to provide full name, postal address and contact information as well as proof of I.D. The Prizes will be posted to the Winners at the given address by the Company within a reasonable time following the announcement of the winners.

12. In the event that the winner has not responded after reasonable efforts, within 4 hours of the private message being sent, then the Company reserves the right to re-allocate the prize to a reserve winner.

13. By submitting your personal information to enter the Prize Draw you agree for the Company to use your name and/or social media platform handle, for the purposes of public Prize Draw announcements, which shall include reposting of your entry and tagging you, on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook.

14. By entering the Prize Draw, participants acknowledge that the Company, and any agencies acting on its behalf, will process the personal data submitted by the participants (such as name, address, email address and telephone numbers) for the purpose of running this promotion; including displaying their name on scoreboards, administering the prizes and publicising the winner’s name. Except as described, any personal data provided will not be disclosed to any third parties or transferred outside the EU.

15. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.

16. Under no circumstances will the Company (or its parent subsidiaries or affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with the promotion or any prize connected with the promotion.

17. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

18. The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, temporarily suspend or withdraw this Prize Draw promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control at any time. In such circumstances the Company shall have no liability to any participant.

19. The Company cannot accept any responsibility for prize warranties and guarantees. The winner must refer directly to the manufacturer in the case of any faulty goods.

20. The decision of the Company is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
