Terms and Conditions – Nordic Spirit 2021 Festival Grand Draw – Weekend Trip to Sweden (“Grand Prize Draw”)

1. The Grand Prize Draw is open to those aged 18 and over and are existing adult smokers or vapers.

2. The Grand Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Promoter, Gallaher Limited (“Nordic Spirit”), the Supplier and their families, agencies or their employees and families or anyone else professionally associated with the Grand Prize Draw.

3. The Grand Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Upon entrance to Nordic Spirit Club House Exclusive Access Grand Prize Draw (separate terms and conditions apply and are available at www.nordicspirit.co.uk/tandcs-festival-prize-draw) all entrants will be automatically entered to the Gland Grand Prize Draw and need to sign up to the Nordic Spirit mailing list via a dedicated prize draw landing page. The sign up landing ing page is accessed via a QR code link, which will be distributed by Nordic Spirit staff.

4. The opening date for entries is 16:00 on 22/07/2021. The closing date of the Grand Prize Draw is 09:00 on 20/09/2021. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.



5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 29 October 2021 ("Draw Date").

7. Each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to the Promoter, Nordic Spirit, the Supplier and their agents to feature their name and reference them as the Grand Prize Draw winner in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material connected to the Grand Prize Draw.

8. The prize

8.1 The winner will receive one trip to Sweden’s Abisko National Park for two people travelling together; both must be aged 18 or over. The prize includes:

• (i) Return Economy Class flights – London / Kiruna – please note flights may be indirect and there may be an option to change the airport in the UK, subject on availability.
• (ii) Return transfers – Airport / Kiruna.
• (iii) 1 night accommodation in a twin/double (subject to availability) room with private bathroom at Abisko.
• (iv) 2 nights at the Icehotelin a KaamosRoom with private bathroom and an Ice Room with a shared bathroom.
• (v) All breakfasts, three-course dinner at Abisko.
• (vi) Chairlift excursion to the Aurora Sky Station.
• (vii) Transfers to and from Abisko and the Icehotel.
• (viii) Thermal one-piece suit, boots and mittens to use while staying at the Icehotel.
• (ix) ABTA or ATOL protection as appropriate (to be determined by the Supplier in its sole discretion).
• (x) Cloud Nine Winner Management - once the Winner has been confirmed and contacted by the Promoter, the Supplier will contact the Winner and manage the Winner’s experience.

8.2 The trip is valid for travel from 1 December 2021 until 31 March 2022 – all travel must be completed by 31 March 2022. The travel time excludes travel over Christmas, Easter and all bank holidays. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the Supplier.

8.3 All locations and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The winner should notify the Supplier at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred dates for taking the trip.

8.4 The Promoter, Nordic Spirit and the Supplier do not accept responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, the Supplier will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.

8.5 All travel arrangements offered are at the discretion of the Supplier and the promoter. Any requests relating to airport, airlines or hotels cannot be guaranteed.

8.6 Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier.

8.7 Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner. The Promoter, Nordic Spirit or the Supplier cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.

8.8 There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

8.9 Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize; however it does not cover pre-existing medical conditions. In the event that cover is not granted an equivalent cash allowance will be provided so adequate cover can be sought. This will be the prize winner’s responsibility and the Supplier will require a proof of insurance prior to departure.

8.10 The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).

9. The prize is supplied by Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, The Station, 7 High Street, Olney, Bucks, MK46 4EB (the "Supplier"). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

10. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before 19/11/2021 and must provide a postal address or confirm their email address to claim their prize.

11. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within seven days from being notified by the Promoter, the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

12. The Supplier will call the winner on the phone number provided at the time of entry to provide detailed information about the prize. The Supplier will then ask if the winner would prefer to be sent the prize information package by email or post. If by post, the winner will be required to provide their postal address. The prize will be sent to the winner by post or email within five days of being notified of their win.

13. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

14. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Grand Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails nordicspiritprizes@ignis.co.uk or writes to Ignis Ltd, The Chapel, 57 St Dionis Road, London, SW6 4UB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter nordicspiritprizes@ignis.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, temporarily suspend or withdraw this Grand Prize Draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control at any time. In such circumstances the Promoter shall have no liability to any participant.

18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, Nordic Spirit and the Supplier their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

19. Data protection: by submitting your personal information to enter the Grand Prize Draw you agree that the Promoter, Nordic Spirit and the Supplier may at their discretion use your name for the purposes of prize draw administration, public announcements and tagging you on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook. 20. The Grand Prize Draw is governed by English law and entrants to the Grand Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Terms and Conditions – Nordic Spirit – VIP Clubhouse Access Prize Draw

1. The prize draw is open to those aged 18 and over and are existing adult smokers or vapers.

2. The prize draw is not open to employees of the Promoter, Gallaher Limited (“Nordic Spirit”) and their families, agencies or their employees and families or anyone else professionally associated with the prize draw.

3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. To enter, you need to sign up to the Nordic Spirit mailing list via a dedicated prize draw landing page. The prize draw landing page is accessed via a QR code link, which will be distributed by Nordic Spirit staff.

4. Upon entrance to the VIP Clubhouse Access Prize Draw you will be automatically entered into the Nordic Spirit trip to Sweden grand prize draw (“Grand Prize Draw”). Separate terms and conditions apply to the Grand Prize Draw, which are available on nordicspirit.co.uk/tandcs-festival-prize-draw and/or from Nordic Spirit staff.

5. There will be three daily prize draws conducted at the 2021 Isle of Wight festival:

• (i) First prize draw: opening date for entries is 18:00 on 16/09/2021 and the closing date is 20:00 on 16/09/2021.
• (ii) Second prize draw: opening date for entries is 20:01 on 16/09/2021 and the closing date is 16:00 on 17/09/21.
• (iii) Third prize draw: opening date for entries is 16:01 on 17/09/21 and the closing date is 16:00 on 18/09/2021.
• Entries received after the times specified in condition 5(i) to 5(iii) will not be accepted.

6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on the closure of each prize draw as described in condition 5 shortly after the closing of the prize draw on each date specified in condition 5.

7. The prize: there will be one prize draw winner on each of the days set out in condition 5. Each winner will receive an exclusive access to the VIP Clubhouse within the Nordic Spirit zone at the Isle of Wight festival for six people in total (the winner and their five friends). whilst attending the VIP Clubhouse, the winner will receive drinks tokens up to the value of £100 for their table (i.e. for up to 6 people), to be redeemed at the Nordic Spirit bar only, phone charging at the VIP Clubhouse and access to table games. Access from 10:30am-12am the day after the relevant prize draw takes place. For example, for the first prize draw, access will be granted on 17/09/2021, for the second prize draw access will be granted on 18/09/2021, for the third prize draw access will be granted on 19/09/2021.

8. In the event that the winner and/or their guests behaviour is unorderly, offensive or similar, the Promoter reserves the right not to serve refreshments and/or ask them to leave the VIP Clubhouse, whichever the Promoter considers appropriate in its sole discretion.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
