Nordic Spirit Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Nordic Spirit Prize Draws are open to those who are:

• a. aged 18 and over;
• b. who are existing nicotine users;
• c. residents of the UK.

2. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Promoter, Gallaher Limited (“Nordic Spirit”) and their families, agencies or their employees and families or anyone else professionally associated with the Prize Draw.

3. To enter your selected Nordic Spirit social media prize draw, entrants must complete all actions specified on the specific prize draw post. These will consist of a selection of the following actions:

• a. Follow @nordicspirit_uk Instagram account.
• b. Like the specific Prize Draw feed post on Nordic Spirit’s Instagram account @NordicSpirit_UK for the tickets the entrant would like to win.
• c. Comment on the specific prize draw feed post on Nordic Spirit’s Instagram account @NordicSpirit_UK for the tickets the entrant would like to win.
• d. Save the specific prize draw feed post on Nordic Spirit’s Instagram account @NordicSpirit_UK.

4. Entry to all Nordic Spirit Prize Draws is free and no purchase is necessary.

5. The number of winners per prize draw will be specified in the short T&Cs of the copy of the specific prize draw. These winners will be selected from those who entered on Nordic Spirit’s Instagram account @NordicSpirit_UK by liking the specific prize draw social post for the tickets they would like to win.

6. Each prize has a unique entry closing date. Entrants must refer back to specific social post on @NordicSpirit_UK for the tickets you would like to win for date. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

7. Each Prize Draw winner is chosen at random. Winners will be contacted via social media Instagram DM (see point 8). Entrants must refer back to the specific social post on @NordicSpirit_UK for the date that winners must respond by to claim prize. Or the prize will be allocated to a new winner.

8. Each winner will be informed via a direct message on Instagram and asked to provide full names and email address of those attending event, as well as proof of I.D.

9. In the event a winner has not responded after reasonable efforts by hours of notification then the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate the prize to a reserve winner.

10. Refer to the social media prize draw specific post for details of what you win.

11. Only one entry per person, per prize draw. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.

12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

13. By entering this promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the prize draw terms and conditions detailed here and on the specific prize draw social post and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter, Nordic Spirit or their agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

14. The Promoter, Nordic Spirit or their agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or their agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

15. The Prizes are as stated and subject to availability. There are no other prize alternatives available, except the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. The Prize is non-transferable and will only be issued in the name of the winning participant(s).

16. By submitting your personal information to enter the Prize Draw you agree for the Promoter and Nordic Spirit to use your name and/or social media platform handle, for the purposes of public Prize Draw announcements, which shall include reposting of your entry and tagging you, on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook.

17. Nordic Spirit Prize Draws are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.

18. Each of the prizes for the winners are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Prize is non-transferable and will only be issued in the name of the winning participant(s).

19. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draws is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

20. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails competitions@valentineworldwide.com or writes to Valentine Working From_Southwark 32 Blackfriars Road London SE1 9PB, (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 5. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at competitions@valentineworldwide.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

21. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, temporarily suspend or withdraw this Prize Draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control at any time. In such circumstances the Promoter shall have no liability to any participant.

23. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

24. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, Nordic Spirit and their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

25. Data protection: by submitting your personal information to enter the Prize Draw you agree that the Promoter and Nordic Spirit may at their discretion use your name for the purposes of prize draw administration, public announcements and tagging you on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook. The winner agrees for the Promoter and/or Nordic Spirit to take photo(s) of them and used for marketing purposes connected with the Prize Draw. 26. Each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to the Promoter and Nordic Spirit, their agents to feature their name and reference them as the Prize Draw winner in any of their publications, their websites, social media and/or in any promotional material connected to the Prize Draw.

27. The Promoter and Nordic Spirit do not accept any responsibility for prize warranties and guarantees.

28. Each Prize Draw is governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draws submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
