NORDIC SPIRIT RANDOM PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The ‘Nordic Spirit prize draw’ (“Prize Draw”) will run from 12:00 on 19.09.2026 until 12:00 on 25.10.2026 (the “Promotional Period”). There will be one prize draw during the Promotional Period. Entries received outside the relevant Promotional Period will not be accepted.

2. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who are existing tobacco or nicotine users. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Promoter and their families, agencies or their employees and families or anyone else professionally associated with the Prize Draw.

3. The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. Participants may enter once per Prize Draw.

4. To enter the Prize Draw, you must agree to data collection and you enter your details on the digital form, as operated by Nordic Spirit Staff.

5. One (1) winner will be selected at 17:00 on 26.10.2026 following the relevant Promotional Period, using a secure and verifiably random computer process from all valid entries received during that Promotional Period. In any event the final winner must be selected by the 28 October 2026.

6. Entries received after the times specified in condition 1 and the corresponding communication will not be accepted.

7. There is one (1) prize available. The winner will receive four (4) VIP entry tickets to Drumsheds for an event of their choice before 20.12.2026 (subject to availability).

8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

9. Each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to the Promoter and its agents to feature their name and reference them as the prize draw winner in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material connected to the prize draw.

10. The winner will be notified by email before 8pm of the day of the relevant prize draw as set out in the respective prize draw communication. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter after 5 working days, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

14. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Gallaher Limited, 1 Werter Road, Putney, London, SW15 2LL, UK (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 5. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the venue terms and conditions available on the Drumsheds website (found here: https://drumshedslondon.com/app/uploads/2025/06/a-venue-terms-conditions-260625.pdf), upon entry...

16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, temporarily suspend or withdraw this prize draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control at any time. In such circumstances the Promoter shall have no liability to any participant.

17. In so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, distributors or affiliates will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused (whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw.

18. Data protection: by submitting your personal information to enter the prize draw you agree that the Promoter and its agencies may at their discretion use your name for the purposes of prize draw administration, public announcements and tagging you on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook. 19. The prize draw is governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

20. The Promoter of this prize draw is Gallaher Limited, 1 Werter Road, Putney, London, SW15 2LL, UK. The Promoter is responsible for all enquiries in respect of the Prize Draw.
