Instagram Goodie Bag Prize Draw

1. The Nordic Spirit followers Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to people:

• a. aged 18 and over
• b. who are existing adult smokers or vapers
• c. residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man

2. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Company and their families, the Company’s agencies or their employees and families or anyone else professionally associated with the Prize Draw.

3. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must:

• 1.follow the Nordic Spirit’s Instagram account @NordicSpirit_UK.
• 2. Send “Anything.Anywhere” by direct message to @NordicSpirit_UK

4. The Prize Draw is open from 17th December 2019 and closes at 11:59pm on 14th January 2020. One prize draw winner will be selected and announced on Tuesday of each week. Entrants have to submit their entry by midnight on the following dates to be entered into that week’s prize draw.

• A. 23rd December 2019 by 23:29
• B. 30th December 2019 by 23:29
• C. 06th January 2020 by 23:29
• D. 13th January 2020 by 23:29

Any non-winning entrants will be carried over into the following week’s prize draw.

5. By entering this promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter or its agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the prize. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

6. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

8. Only one entry per person. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.

9. Lost or stolen Prizes cannot be refunded or exchanged.

10. he Prizes are as stated and subject to availability. There are no other prize alternatives available, except the Company reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Company's control makes it necessary to do so. The Prize is non-transferable and will only be issued in the name of the winning participant(s).

11. The Winners will be informed via a direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the prize draw and asked to provide full name, postal address and contact information. The Prizes will be posted to the Winners at the given address by the Company within a reasonable time following the announcement of the winners.

12. In the event that the winner has not responded after reasonable efforts, within 14 days of notification then the promoter reserves the right to re-allocate the prize to a reserve winner.

13. By submitting your personal information to enter the Prize Draw you agree for the Company to use your name and/or social media platform handle, for the purposes of public Prize Draw announcements, which shall include reposting of your entry and tagging you, on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook.

14. By entering the Prize Draw, participants acknowledge that the Company, and any agencies acting on its behalf, will process the personal data submitted by the participants (such as name, address, email address and telephone numbers) for the purpose of running this promotion; including displaying their name on scoreboards, administering the prizes and publicising the winner’s name. Except as described, any personal data provided will not be disclosed to any third parties or transferred outside the EU.

15. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.

16. Under no circumstances will the Company (or its parent subsidiaries or affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with the promotion or any prize connected with the promotion.

17. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

18. The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, temporarily suspend or withdraw this Prize Draw promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control at any time. In such circumstances the Company shall have no liability to any participant.

19. The Company cannot accept any responsibility for prize warranties and guarantees. The winner must refer directly to the manufacturer in the case of any faulty goods.

The decision of the Company is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
