LoveJuice x Nordic Spirit Exclusive Event Ticket Ballot Terms and Conditions

1. The ‘LoveJuice x Nordic Spirit Exclusive Event ticket ballot’ (the “Ballot”) opens at 5:00pm on Wednesday 12th August 2026 (the “Opening Date”) and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 16th August 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

2. The Ballot is open only to individuals who are:

• a. aged 18 or over;
• b. existing tobacco or nicotine users; and
• c. residents of Great Britain.

3. The Ballot is not open to employees of the Company or their families, agencies or their employees and families or anyone else professionally associated with the Ballot.

4. Only one entry is permitted per person. Entries submitted through agencies, automated systems, bulk entry services or third parties will not be accepted.

5. To enter the Ballot, entrants must, during the period between the Opening Date and the Closing Date:

• a. follow @nordicspirit_uk and @wearelovejuice on Instagram;
• b. comment “Upper Deck” on the relevant promotional post; and
• c. tag four people in that comment.

6. Entry to the Ballot is free and no purchase is necessary.

7. There are up to 200 guest list places available for the event. Each selected guest will be eligible to receive one ticket only. Guests will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date. Being selected in the Ballot does not guarantee admission to the event unless the guest completes the confirmation process within the timeframe notified to them and subsequently receives a valid ticket.

8. Selected guests will be chosen using a secure random computer process from all valid entries received between the Opening Date and the Closing Date. The selection will take place on Monday 17th 2026.

9. Selected guests will be notified by SMS on Monday 17th 2026 using the contact details provided during the entry process. Selected guests may be required to provide their full name, email address and any other information reasonably required to confirm their place on the guest list.

10. If a selected guest does not complete the required confirmation process within the timeframe notified to them, the Company reserves the right to withdraw that guest’s place and select another entrant at random from the remaining valid entries. Tickets will be sent by email to confirmed guests by 11:00am on Wednesday 19th August 2026.

11. The Company accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted or not successfully submitted due to any technical fault, malfunction, network failure, system failure, server failure, hardware or software failure, or any other reason outside the Company’s reasonable control.

12. The Company accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

13. Tickets are as stated, are subject to availability, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Tickets are non-transferable and will only be issued in the name of the confirmed guest. The Company reserves the right to substitute the tickets with tickets to another event or an alternative benefit of equal or greater value if circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

14. The Ballot is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.

15. The Company must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Company will send the surname and county of selected guests, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Valentine 71-75 Shelton Street London WC2H 9JQ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 1. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Company at [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Company must still provide the information and confirmed entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

16. By entering this Ballot participants acknowledge that the Company, and any agencies acting on its behalf, will process the personal data submitted by the participants (such as name, address, email address and telephone numbers) for the purpose of running this Ballot. Except as described, any personal data provided will not be disclosed to any third parties or transferred outside the UK. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with this condition 17.

17. The guests agree for the Company to take photo(s) of them and used for marketing purposes connected with the Ballot. More details of how your personal data is used can be found at https://nordicspirit.co.uk/privacy-policy.

18. The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, temporarily suspend, or withdraw this Ballot in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control at any time. In such circumstances the Company shall have no liability to any participant.

19. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or selected guest who tampers with the entry process, submits false or misleading information, breaches these terms and conditions, acts fraudulently or unfairly, or otherwise seeks to undermine the proper operation of the Ballot.

20. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Company and their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the guests or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Company, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

21. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

22. If any parts of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

23. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
