Henman & Cooper 1 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

This promotion is being run by Gallaher Limited trading as Nordic Spirit of Gallaher Limited, 1 Werter Road, London, SW15 2LL with company registration number 01501573 (the “Company").

1. The ‘Henman & Cooper’ prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) opens at 5:00pm on Tuesday 18th March 2025 (the "Opening Date") and closes at 11:59pm on Monday 24th March 2025 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

2. The Prize Draw is open to those who are:

• a. aged 18 and over;
• b. existing tobacco or nicotine users;
• c. UK residents only.

3. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Company or their families, agencies or their employees and families or anyone else professionally associated with the Prize Draw.

4. Only one entry per person, per Prize Draw. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.

5. To enter the Prize Draw entrants must:

• a. Follow @nordicspirit_uk on Instagram;
• b. "Like" the Prize Draw feed post on @henmanandcooper Instagram;
• c. “Comment” your favourite party emoji.

6. Entry to the Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary.

7. Prize: One winner will be chosen at random to win 1x£180 bar spend for them and 5 friends at Henman & Cooper on 29.03.25*. Prize will be valid until 11:59pm on the 29.03.25. The winner and all their guests must arrive before midnight.
*Prize will be deducted proportionately if fewer guests within the party attend, e.g. 2 guests = £60 bar spend.

8. A winner will be selected using a secure and random computer process from all valid entries received between the Opening Date and the Closing Date, within 1 day of the Closing Date.

9. The winner will be informed via a direct message on Instagram by 11:00am on Tuesday 25th March 2025. The winner will be asked to provide their full name and email address.

10. In the event the winner has not responded to the Company within 24 hours of being notified by the Company then the Company reserves the right to select another winner at random and re-allocate the Prize.

11. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the Prize Draw terms and conditions detailed here and on the specific Prize Draw social post and by the decisions of the Company, which are final in all matters relating to the Prize Draw. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Prize. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. The Company accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

13. The Company or its agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the Prize. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The Company and its agencies will not be responsible for entries which aren't completed or the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Company or their agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

14. The Prize is as stated and subject to availability. There are no other Prize alternatives available. The Company reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a similar Prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Company’s control makes it necessary to do so. The Prize is non-transferable and will only be issued in the name of the winner.

15. The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.

16. The Company must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Company will send the surname and county of major Prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Valentine 71-75 Shelton Street London WC2H 9JQ, (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 5. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Company at [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Company must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

17. By entering this Prize Draw, participants acknowledge that the Company, and any agencies acting on its behalf, will process the personal data submitted by the participants (such as name, address, email address and telephone numbers) for the purpose of running this Prize Draw; including displaying their name on scoreboards, administering the Cash Prizes and publicising the winner’s name (e.g. on social media platforms such as Instagram or otherwise). Except as described, any personal data provided will not be disclosed to any third parties or transferred outside the UK. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with this condition 17.

18. The winner agrees for the Company to take photo(s) of them and used for marketing purposes connected with the Prize Draw. More details of how your personal data is used can be found at https://nordicspirit.co.uk/privacy-policy.

19. The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, temporarily suspend, or withdraw this Prize Draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control at any time. In such circumstances the Company shall have no liability to any participant.

20. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

21. Any tax implication as a result of winning a Prize will be the responsibility of the winner.

22. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Company and their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Company, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

23. The Company does not accept any responsibility for Prize warranties and guarantees.

24. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

25. If any parts of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

26. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
