Birmingham Pride Glitter Art Voucher Terms and Conditions

This promotion is being run by Gallaher Limited trading as Nordic Spirit of Gallaher Limited, 1 Werter Road, London, SW15 2LL with company registration number 01501573 (the “Company").

1. The ’free glitter art voucher at the Nordic Spirit stand in the Birmingham pride main area’ opens at 5:00pm on Monday 12th May 2025 (the "Opening Date") and closes at 8:00pm on Sunday 25th May 2025 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after this time will not be accepted. Vouchers can be redeemed at the Nordic Spirit stand in the main area from 2:30pm - 8:30pm on the 24th and 25th May 2025.

2. The voucher is open to those who are:

• a. aged 18 and over;
• b. existing tobacco or nicotine users;
• c. UK residents only.

3. The voucher is not open to employees of the Company or their families, agencies or their employees and families or anyone else professionally associated with the voucher.

4. Only one entry per person, per voucher. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.

5. To enter, entrants must:

• a. Follow @nordicspirit_uk on Instagram;
• b. "Like" the Prize Draw feed post on @thenightingaleclub @theloftbrum @thevillagebrumnordicspirit_uk and @nordicspirit_uk Instagram;
• c. “Comment” your favourite Pride emoji.

6. Entry to the glitter face art voucher is free and no purchase is necessary.

7. Prize: One glitter art voucher. The voucher will be valid between 2:30pm - 8:30pm on the 24.05.2025 and 25.05.2025 (the “Effective Dates”) and can be redeemed at the Nordic Spirit stand in the main arena between 2:30pm - 8:30pm on the 24.05.2025 and 25.05.2025. The voucher will be redeemable on a first-come-first served basis.

8. The voucher will be sent via direct message on Instagram within 24 hours of request.

9. By entering, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions detailed here and on the specific social post and by the decisions of the Company, which are final in all matters relating to the voucher. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the voucher. No correspondence will be entered into.

10. The Company accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

11. The Company or its agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the voucher. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the voucher to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

12. The Company and its agencies will not be responsible for entries which aren't completed or the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Company or their agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

13. The voucher is as stated and subject to availability. There are no other voucher alternatives available. The Company reserves the right to substitute the voucher with a similar voucher of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Company’s control makes it necessary to do so. The voucher is non-transferable and will only be issued in the name of the winner.

14. The voucher is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.

15. The Company must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Company will send the surname and county of major voucher winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Valentine 71-75 Shelton Street London WC2H 9JQ, (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 5. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Company at [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Company must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

16. The voucher is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.

17. The Company must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. In such circumstances, the Company must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

18. By entering, participants acknowledge that the Company, and any agencies acting on its behalf, will process the personal data submitted by the participants (such as name, address, email address and telephone numbers) for the purpose of running this; including displaying their name on scoreboards, administering the Cash Prizes and publicising the winner’s name (e.g. on social media platforms such as Instagram or otherwise). Except as described, any personal data provided will not be disclosed to any third parties or transferred outside the UK. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with this condition 17.

19. The winner agrees for the Company to take photo(s) of them and used for marketing purposes connected with the voucher. More details of how your personal data is used can be found at https://nordicspirit.co.uk/privacy-policy.

20. The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, temporarily suspend, or withdraw this voucher in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control at any time. In such circumstances the Company shall have no liability to any participant.

21. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

22. Any tax implication as a result of winning a voucher will be the responsibility of the winner.

23. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Company and their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Company, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

24. The Company do not accept any responsibility for voucher warranties and guarantees.

25. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

26. If any parts of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

27. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
